This brilliant theatre group have produced two award-winning musical plays about the women in the life of Scotland’s national poetic hero, Robert Burns.
Armour: A Herstory of the Scottish Bard
These images were taken at rehearsal and in performance at the 2019 Edinburgh Festival Fringe of their musical play Armour: A Herstory of the Scottish Bard, written by Shonagh Murray, about a meeting between Burns’s wife Jean Armour and his mistress Nancy Maclehose.
